As the lugs are rubber mounted there is some tolerance in them for fixing to different diameter fenders – typically this would fit on a fender that is around a  tire for a 15 or 16 inch diameter wheel – Triumph Bobber, Indian Scout Bobber, Typical Harleys as well as custom Japanese chops etc.
