When the Triumph Bobber first came out the first thing I wanted to change was the seat, if only it was that simple.

3 or 4 years later – this is the result – for safety we made the pan out of 4mm Thick Steel which made for some fairly hefty tooling.

For comfort we made the foam using a high density polyurethane injection molded closed cell foam.

We have done a few different stitch patterns – this one we call the Khan Cobra Full Diamond with White Stitching.
